These Terms of Use apply to your use of MadBruton.com (the “site”), the official website of comedian and producer John Bruton (Mad Bruton). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may browse the site, watch and share our videos, and sign up for our mailing list for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means in a way that burdens it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our content

All content on the site, including stand-up specials, videos, audio, photographs, logos, artwork, flyers and text, is owned by John Bruton or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The Mad Bruton name and logos may not be used without written permission. You are welcome to share links to our pages and videos, but you may not copy, download, re-upload, edit or sell our content without permission.

Shows and tickets

Show listings are provided for your convenience and may change. Dates, times, venues, lineups and prices are set by the venues and promoters and can be updated, postponed or cancelled. Tickets are sold by third-party venues and ticketing companies, not by this site. Your purchase, including refunds and venue policies such as age limits, is governed by the seller’s terms. Please confirm details with the venue or ticket seller before you go.

Booking inquiries

Submitting a booking inquiry does not create a booking or contract. Engagements are confirmed only by a separate written agreement.

Mailing list

If you join our mailing list, you agree to receive emails about shows, releases and related news. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Merchandise

If we offer merchandise through the site, additional terms covering pricing, shipping, returns and payment will be shown at checkout and will apply to those purchases.

Third-party links and content

The site links to and embeds content from other services, such as YouTube, Instagram, streaming platforms and ticket sellers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided “as is.” Comedy content may include adult language and themes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted or always up to date.

Limitation of liability
